Packed well, shipped fast, perfect condition. Didn't notice the size (12 oz) in the listing so returned it and got prompt refund. Thought I had selected a return method that would not include shipping in the refund but it was somehow included. Seller -- appropriately -- asked eBay to remove the shipping from the refund, which they did. I feel badly about not noticing the size, which was shown very clearly. Guess I was too enamored with the bunny. My apologies, again, to the Seller.
