False advertising.
In the Therapeutic techniques picture in the advertisement, it purports that the massage chair offers Shiatsu, Kneading, Knocking, Knead-Knocking, Tapping, Rolling, Effleurage, and Swedish. This is NOT the case. It's only when the chair arrived and unpacked that the manual and remote clearly shows the chair is only capable of offering Shiatsu and Kneading. I have run it extensively through it's paces and programs and the 3 auto programs seem much the same. The intensities don't seem to have a lot of difference either. The chair does work and is it better than nothing? Yes. Would I have bought it had I known its limited functions? I am thankful for this piece of furniture.
The well-made product is a good piece of furniture and is the only comfortable chair I have,so I am pleased with it and do not regret buying it. It is not,however,the massage chair that I expected.The advertized one I had requested had a SL Track and the one sent does not seem to have what I hoped for.

Only had the product a short time - so no full evaluation at this point. It is well made and performs all the advertised functions. The foot extension system is manual & could be powered to make it easier to extend. It has more than the average complement of airbags and massage nodes .Better suits 160cms up to 180cms height rather than the advertised 155-185cms. Shop around for pricing - this chair has the most diverse pricing currently - anywhere from $959 up to $3,750. Overall , modern, competitively priced (look around) and gives an effective massage with some excellent inbuilt features.Only had the product a short time - so no full evaluation at this point. Not recommended for above average tall people, otherwise pretty good
The chair seems of a reasonable good quality and the massage feels good but tall people like myself (185cm) need to slump low to get a neck massage and then the calves end up outside the massage airbags. The remote has only Chinese characters on it, however the manual is in English, so it's necessary to memorize the button positions and functions.
