Buyer sent me a new Samsung s21 that is DEFECTIVE. I had constant problems with it and I paid over $500 for the phone. Do not trust this seller. They wouldn't even pay for me to return the item to them because I reached 35 days instead of 30 days to request a refund. A phone should not be unusable after 35 days!! What a dishonest seller. I would buy from another store. BUYER BEWARE.
