schnell geliefert - nur in der Packstation nie angekommen - auch keine Nachricht von DHL an Empfänger. Nur der Versender bekam die Lieferung bestätgt. Dafür kann der Versender aber nun wirklich nichts! Sehr wohl aber DHL...
Versender angerufen - Telefonhotline ist nicht - nur noch E.Mail. Dort die Sachlage geschildert und zwei Tage später war die Ersatzlieferung an der Wohnadresse da. Deswegen trotz fehlendem Telefonkontakt die volle Punktzahl.
Das nenne ich kundenfreundliche Regulierung!
