After 2 month of existence, This product can not use other SIMcard service but only SIM card they provided and Data price are over priced. For example $16.99 per 3G : month , not enough for a month use , $199 for 30G /365 days , too expensive.
They said Telstra and Optus providers are capable to start with this product, but in the end , this product designed a way only capable with their 4G provides.
I tried Optus SIM card , not working , ALDI not working for sure .
