I ordered a brown outfit, jacket, skirt, top, they sent me a black skirt, the brown jacket. I asked to exchange it, as it was their mistake, no communication at all, I emailed twice, ebay got involved and said they can't help because my items were shipped to me. So it doesn't matter they weren't shipped correctly, they can't help either. Really bad service
